Warranty

WHO IS COVERED?

WinterCocoon (referred to as “Us, we or our”) warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser. An original sales receipt from the authorised retailer is required for guarantee service.

PERIOD OF COVER?

12 months from date of original purchase date, unless otherwise stated on product, packaging, instructions or our order/invoice. 

WHAT IS COVERED?

We guarantee that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal designed use. We will repair, or if discontinued replace with same or nearest equivalent product.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
  • Normal wear and tear of product use.
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
  • Failure to observe instructions.
  • Damage caused by carriage or storage conditions.
  • Use of the product other than for its intended use.
  • Product modifications or alterations.
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorised repair or maintenance.
  • Products without the original receipt.
  • Loss or damage to property or other costs arising from any of the above.
  • Any product that is not manufactured by us.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

In the first instance please contact the supplier where you purchased the product from; if they are unable to assist, please contact us directly preferably by email support@wintercocoon.com
